BOOKING A TRY-ON
A TIME SLOT TO COME TRY ON OUR GARMENTS
WHAT WE OFFER
PCH offers Try-On Appointments to all girls wanting to come try on any garment before booking with us. This will ensure that your desired garment fits perfectly for your event.
APPOINTMENT OPTIONS
Try-Ons run in 15 minute, 30 minute or 1 hour time slot. A small fee will be required for all try-ons which can be deducted from your rental price if you book in store or within 24 hours of your appointment.

TRY-ONS
GENERAL INFORMATION
Try-ons run back to back so please be considerate of others and their booking time slots. A pre-appointment message will be sent to you prior to your try-on regarding parking, and generally information. Please ensure you text us when you arrive to your appointment.

PARKING
Please park on the charcoal pavement outside our garage space. Please not park on the driveway next to our garage as it will cause blockage for our neighbours.

TRY-ON ATTENDEES
You are more than welcome to bring a friend to your appointment but please limit this to one. Please let us know prior if you are bringing someone, as it will allow for us to accomodate for seating in our studio.

TRY-ON ETIQUETTE
Please be mindful of makeup, fake tans, sweats or any other personal hygiene when trying on our garments. If you damage a garment at your appointment, please have the courtesy to let us know. We also ask that you please refrain from leaving our garments on the floor when trying on multiple pieces.
LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are going to be late to your appointment, please let us know via Instagram. As we are booked back-to-back, we are most likely unable to extend your slot overtime. Please be mindful of this.

CANCELLING A TRY-ON APPOINTMENT
Please contact us directly via Instagram DM's if you are wanting/needing to cancel your appointment. Please note that the try-on fees are non-refundable. Alternatively, we are happy to manually re-book you for an appointment that better suits you if needed.

Please have the courtesy to let us know if you are needing to cancel, as this will allow for us to open up your time-slot for another client.

HOW TO BOOK A TRY-ON
To book a try-on, please click the 'Book a Try-On Now' Tab above. Alternatively, you can head to our Instagram and select the 'Book Now' tab on our home page. From here, you will be directed to our availability and to book a time-slot accordingly. A text message and confirmation email will be sent out to you once your appointment has been booked.
LISTING YOUR GARMENTS- APPOINTMENT NOTES
Please ensure you list your desired garments under 'Appointment Notes'. If you do not do this, we are unable to ensure that your desired garments are here for your appointment.
