BOOKING A TRY-ON
A TIME SLOT TO COME TRY ON OUR GARMENTS
WHAT WE OFFER
PCH offers try-ons to all girls wanting to come try a garment before renting it. Try-ons run in 30 minute slots and are easily accessible to all customers.
Alternatively, if you are not wanting to try on your garment in advance, you can select to do a direct pickup instead.
If you have any difficulties with bookings, feel free to send us a DM and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
TRY-ONS
Please arrive to your try-on at your selected time. Due to limited availability, our try-ons are generally run back-to-back meaning there wont be much waiting time. We will message you when ready to avoid customer crossovers. You are more than welcome to bring a friend to a try-on but please let us know prior. Please park on our street/curb to avoid driveway blockage. If you are running late, please let us know as we may have to re-arrange the next try-on time.
HOW TO BOOK A TRY-ON
To book a try-on, please click the 'Book a Try-On Now' Tab above. Alternatively, you can head to our Instagram and select the 'Book Now' tab on our home page. From there, you will be directed to our time and day availabilities. Please fill out all details including adding the items your wanting to try into the description. This will ensure we have it here ready for you. We will text you the address when you have booked. You will also be sent a confirmation email once you have booked.
HOW TO BOOK A PICKUP
To book a pickup, please head to our Instagram and select the 'Book Now' tab on our home page. From there, you will be directed to our time and day availabilities. Pickups generally are the day before your event but we are more than lenient with this. Please fill out all details including adding the item your wanting to try into the description. This will ensure we have it here ready for you. We will text you the address when you have booked.
