PLEASE READ AND AGREE PRIOR TO HIRING WITH US

BOOKING A GARMENT

No garment is secure until a payment has been received and proof of the payment has been sent to us via dm. Payments are taken via bank transfer, or eftpos in store. We highly recommend booking in advance as most of our garments are in high demand and we want to make sure you are guaranteed your desired outfit. Bookings are made via our booking system, our website or our dms.

REFUNDS

Under most circumstances, we do not offer refunds. Alternatively, we can offer you store credit which will be valid for any item in our collection for up to a year. If you are uncertain on the sizing/fit of a garment, please book a try-on as we cannot offer you a refund due to this.

RETURNS PROCESS/LATE FEES

Garment returns are required the day after your event. On weekends, garments are required back by Sunday 5pm unless discussed otherwise. Late fees will apply to garments returned late without reason. A late fee of $10 per day past the date stated will apply.  Simply send us a message when you are planning to return your piece. If we are not home at your desired time, we have a returns box located at our front door for outfits to be left in. Just let us know when you drop it off.

DAMAGE/GARMENT CARE

It is very common for outfits to come back with minor damage/stains/fake tan. If this is the case and you are aware of this, we would really appreciate it if you could let us know. Most stains are easily cleaned and fixed. If a garment is returned with minor damaged that requires fixing, you will be required to pay the repairs fee. If any garment is returned damaged beyond repair, you will be required to pay the full RRP of the garment.
